Returns & Order Issues

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Glassy Beverages are crafted for freshness and quality, and for that reason we’re unable to accept returns.

That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we want to know. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and reach out to us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
